Another category of trees is available in smaller quantities: special trees.

These trees have the particularity of not being upgradeable, so there are no higher rarities.

However, a special tree has several advantages once planted:

It produces as much OXY as a rare tree.
It boosts the OXY production of all the trees in its environment by 15%. For example, if you have 2 Bonsais, 2 Baobabs and 1 Love Baobab on your plot, your 2 Baobabs will be boosted by 15%.
When upgrading a tree in it's environment, he can protect this tree and prevent it from going into the greenhouse (Upgrade).
